REAL ESTATE With a 20+ year track record as a successful property developer, our group knows real estate quite well. We partner with property developers and real estate asset managers to structure bespoke capital solutions, which include: - Land acquisition - Construction funding - Residual stock funding - Refinancing - Arranging exit-sales We participate across all active sectors of the real estate market, including residential, commercial, retail and industrial segments. We have also developed specialist expertise in niche real-estate sectors including aged-care, health-care (medical centres) and child-care centres, partnering with proven operators and developers to put together an end-to-end capital solution. Our capital sources for real-estate are deep, flexible and diverse. This enables us to successfully fund a wide variety of projects, ranging from A$20m in debt funding through to larger ventures entailing a funding requirement of A$400m + each. And as an experienced counterparty, we're price conscious and affordable.
INFRASTRUCTURE & ENERGY A rapidly growing part of our capital solutions business is in the deployment of capital towards infrastructure and renewable energy projects. With a focus on Australia and South East Asia, we have access to a significant pipeline of high-quality ventures needing tailored funding solutions. We are successfully able to fund good quality projects requiring capital funding of A$50 million up to $500 million. This is underpinned by our relationships with specialist infrastructure lenders, large institutional investors with dedicated investment mandates for these asset classes as well as portfolio of HNI investors who can provide highly tailored equity and mezzanine style funding for specific projects. |
