Having obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in the mid 90's, among other qualifications, Albert has worked in the finance, funding, equity and banking markets in varying disciplines for many years.  These include energy and resources, renewables, infrastructure, construction and development as well as general property and land transactions.

Albert maintains extensive relationships with a number of HNW channels and Family Offices of good repute.

Albert is keen to work alongside Sponsors to engineer tailored financial solutions that delivery outstanding value.

Hobbies include gym, camping and gardening.

SHARAT KANTHAN 
Head of Development

Sharat has 18+ years experience in strategy, corporate development and capital raising.  He has worked extensively within in-house corporate strategy, M&A divisions at listed financial service organisations in Australia, and more recently has been involved in capital raising for large transactions in the property and infrastructure sectors.  Sharat's qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) degree with dual majors in Information Systems and Economics, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Sharat enjoys traveling, golf and fishing.

BENJAMIN PENG 
Head of Business

Benji graduated with a Bachelors of Business in 1996, and subsequently attained a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking and other complimentary qualifications.  Engaged in the finance sector ever since for some heavyweight names, Benji has meticulously fine tuned his attention to detail, strategic leadership and the finance network.   Leading a team of dedicated professionals, Benji is committed to ensuring the team at Lighthouse secure precise solutions.

Benji enjoys golf, gym, is an accomplished pianist, loves the outdoors in general.

MEL J
Credit Team

Mel is the heart of the administration team, and brings a wealth of experience in administration management.  Having studied a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking  Mel is astutely aware of the complexities of modelling and scenarios, and is always ready to assist, process and follow up transactions to ensure a smooth delivery.  Also holding personal relationships with several HNW avenues and Family Offices, the value becomes evident.

Mel enjoys reading, aerobics and beach life, all while managing 5 grown children.

Samuel Sukantha
Regional Business Manager

Sam holds a Bachelor of Business, and has been involved in business management, financial operations and managing people for some two decades.

Majoring in business and finance, with an essential array of electronic skills, interpersonal skills and financial management expertise, Sam is an invaluable asset to Sponsors requiring bespoke solutions.

Sam loves AFL (Collingwood) and NBA, and loves fine dining.

Karl Younes
Business Manager

Karl holds Cert IV in Mortgage Broking, among other qualifications, and has been involved in the finance industry for over 20 years.  Having worked with AFG and all major and most secondary banks and financial institutions, Karl has sound understanding of product offerings, credit lines, strategic joint venture and capital groups, and flexible equity partners.

Karl is experienced and knowledgeable in modelling and analysis, adobe systems.

Karl enjoys AFL (Carlton), cycling and gym.
